Integrations & Permissions

The Company accesses data only after a Merchant actively connects its accounts, within the scope authorized by the Merchant, and uses it solely within the scope of the Merchant’s own account to provide features. A Merchant may disconnect any integration at any time. This page explains the data each integration accesses and its purpose.

LINE

The Service uses LINE as its core service channel, providing Bot auto-replies and LIFF online booking through a Merchant’s LINE Official Account. The Company processes the LINE user identifier, display name and conversation messages of Customers who interact with the Merchant, for identity verification, appointments and customer service. Every message undergoes personal data (PII) masking and crisis detection before it reaches the AI customer-service feature.

Meta: Facebook, Instagram, Threads

After a Merchant connects its Facebook Page or Instagram business account, the Company handles customer-service and operational work on the social platforms on the Merchant’s behalf, within the scope authorized by the Merchant. Specifically, the Company will:

  • Obtain the list of Facebook Pages and Instagram business accounts the Merchant manages, so the Merchant can select which account to connect.
  • Read and, on the Merchant’s behalf, reply to the messages and comments received by its Page and Instagram account (including the social inbox, comment-to-DM automation and story replies), and receive notifications of new messages and comments in real time.
  • Publish posts, stories and Reels on Instagram in accordance with the Merchant’s instructions.
  • Read reach, engagement and other performance metrics of posts and accounts, used to produce social performance reports.

The foregoing data is used to provide the above features solely within the scope of the Merchant’s own account. The Company will not sell such data, use it for cross-platform advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models. See the Meta platform data disclosure in the Privacy Policy.

Google Calendar

After a Merchant connects Google Calendar, the Company reads the busy / free time slots of the Merchant’s calendar on a read-only basis, for the sole purpose of automatically excluding “occupied times” from the Merchant’s available appointment slots, so that Customers do not book times the Merchant has already committed. This is not a two-way write synchronization, and the Company does not create a long-term copy of the content of the Merchant’s Google Calendar events.

Jiuwei’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See the Google user data disclosure in the Privacy Policy.

Payments

The Company processes appointment deposits and online payments through Stripe, ECPay and LINE Pay. Payment flows are handled by each payment service provider within its own secure environment, and the Company does not store full credit card numbers.

User Controls

  • A Merchant may disconnect any account integration at any time within the Service back-office.
  • Users may also remove the Company’s authorization in the “Apps and Websites” settings of Facebook / Instagram, or on the Google account permissions page.
  • To delete data, please refer to the Data Deletion Instructions.
