1. Trial Conditions

A 14-day free trial is provided, counted from the day the account is created.
No credit card or any payment information is required during the trial.
During the trial you can use all features of the Jiuwei platform, including AI customer service, online booking, customer CRM, re-engagement marketing, cost tracking and business reports.
Usage volume and AI credits during the trial are subject to reasonable limits to ensure platform stability.

2. After the Trial Ends

Before the trial ends, the system will remind you via LINE or email that your trial is about to expire.
After the trial ends, you can choose to add a credit card to continue, or contact a consultant for a tailored plan assessment.
If payment is not completed after the trial ends, the account will enter a suspended state with limited feature access, but the data will not be deleted immediately.
Paid plans are determined by the Jiuwei consultant’s assessment and the pricing plans in effect at the time.

All data entered during the trial (customers, appointments, service settings) is securely retained in the system.
If you do not pay to continue after the trial ends, the retention period for your account and data is governed by Jiuwei’s official Terms of Service and the system notifications.
You can export your data through the system before the trial ends.
